Thomas D. Osborn, 76, of Culver, passed away on April 18, 2024.
Tom was one of four children born to Dale C and Alice Osborn, He was a lifelong resident of Culver and a Vietnam veteran. He was a welder by trade but very handy at many, Above all, he loved to help people whenever he could.
Tom is survived by his sister: Linda (Osborn) Fletcher and brother: Bruce Osborn. He also leaves behind a niece and 2 nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Gloria Binion.
